Forma Terms of Service
Effective 2026-10-05 · 한국어
1. Service and operator
Forma is an AI cover-art studio for web novels operated by Goyo (고요), a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea (business registration no. 297-29-01996). Forma lets you generate artwork from a scene description and optional reference images, edit selected regions, keep and compare drafts, place a title and author name, and download the cover as a PNG.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You sign in with a Google account and may only use your own account. Keep your account access secure. You may not use Forma for illegal content, infringing the rights of others, impersonation or deception, attacking the service, or circumventing its limits. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free usage counts as circumventing limits.
3. Your input and generated output
Only submit text and images that you own or are licensed to use. We process your input to the extent needed to provide the service and send it to our AI provider. You keep the rights to the content you submit. Generated results may be inaccurate or similar to results produced for other users. Review the output before publishing it; we do not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
4. Free use
Your first image generation is free, once per account, and may use a reference image. Saving covers, placing the title and author name, and downloading are free.
5. Subscription and credits
Pro Monthly costs US$14.99 per month, includes 1,200 credits per billing period, and renews automatically every month. The final amount, including the applicable currency and taxes, is shown before you confirm payment. A successful generation, regeneration, or region edit uses 10 credits; a generation with a reference image uses 15 credits. Credits are a unit of service usage and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Nothing in these terms limits your refund rights under law or our Refund Policy.
6. Payment processing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment, taxes, receipts, and refunds. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
7. Credit expiry and failed jobs
Monthly credits expire at the end of the billing period in which they were granted and do not roll over. A job reserved within the period may finish after it ends. Credits reserved for a failed or cancelled job return to the grant they came from; if that grant has already expired, they cannot be used again and do not roll over. If a renewal payment fails, no new credits are granted.
8. Cancellation and changes
You can cancel through the subscription management link in your payment confirmation email, at paddle.net, or by contacting support@sleite.com. Cancelling stops the next automatic payment; credits from a period you already paid for remain usable until that period ends. Cancellation and refunds are separate processes. Pro Monthly is currently the only plan offered.
9. Storage, deletion, and service changes
Projects and images are stored so you can return to them, but we do not guarantee permanent or unlimited storage, so please download results you need. You can request account and data deletion in account settings or at support@sleite.com; we will confirm your identity and explain how and when it will be handled. We will notify you in the service or by email before discontinuing the service or materially changing these terms. We do not retroactively restrict rights you have already purchased or your statutory consumer rights.
10. Contact
Operator: Goyo (고요). Service and account questions: support@sleite.com. Payments and refunds are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, Paddle's Refund Policy, and applicable consumer protection law.
